Kellie A. McElhaney, Ph.D. & Founder of the Center for Equity, Gender and Leadership (EGAL) at Haas School of Business, UC Berkeley, helped us explore what we, as privileged leaders, can do to amplify equity at our respective funds and help drive forward necessary change.

Andrew Oddo, Director of the Early Stage Startup Practice at SVB, lead us through a detailed discussion on the state of venture capital and the fundraising challenges both funds and startups are navigating in the face of COVID-19.
CYBER COFFEE SESSIONS
From tool trainings with Aumni and 4Degrees, to best practice discussions on Return to Work and the SBA PPP Loan insanity with our friends at CBRE and Armanino LLP, our cyber coffee sessions ensure members have the most current and critical information and expertise they need to succeed on the job.

When it’s time to cook, we call in the big guns: Chef Kim Alter of Nightbird + Napa Meat Co. (which is run by LTO’s own Caroline Hale!) to teach us how it’s done.
